5 stars: They are way better than trying to get in touch with your doctor for refills. As mine is impossible to see and only works 8 days a month now. Easy and theyll send prescriptions right to your door.
5 stars: This was an awesome experience for me. I had no idea what to expect going in. The process to be paired up with a doctor was super easy, only waited about 5 minutes for the doctor, he filled my prescription and I selected where to have it delivered. Incredibly easy! Will use again
5 stars: Getting prescriptions is fast and easy. I was even able to connect with a doctor past midnight and had a prescription sent to the pharmacy, ready for pick up first thing in the morning. I haven't been able to arrange a specialist through this app. But it is wonderful for general practice stuff.
4 stars: The concept of the platform and features are nice, BUT they don't have the resources. I tried multiple times and waited for hours for one consultation. Maybe its different in other regions but at least here in Quebec its still deficient.
3 stars: The experience was great, but I haven't heard from any clinic in Truro, NS, regarding an appointment for a local doctor to look at my ankle and review what the the online doctor recommended.
