3 stars: It gives more control than I would expect from a pair of earbuds, but for each two steps forward it takes a needless step back. Please, Sony... allow us to customize individual commands for each bud rather than select from a drop down list of predetermined options. 3 stars: Could be prettier and smooth It would be better that when we have the XM4s connected and turn off the notification and voice guidance, it atleast keeps the beep on, the long beep and two other beeps, when for ANC or ambient mode, it'll be better without the voice and with the beeps, rather than nothing to sense it and only our ears itself
4 stars: I was finding this app very slow with my s21, but after a recent update it has sped up quite a bit, layout could improvement though. It would be nice if you didn't have the swipe through all the sound profiles to get to the one you want, it would be better if you could just select exactly which sound profile you wanted.
3 stars: they ok some of the times but they keep disconnecting from the device and then I have to power off then back on again. I can't hear the sound but I know it is still playing, these headphones are too expensive to only give you 1 good year.
4 stars: These work great, the noise cancelling feature performs well with most background noise while still being able to hear people talk around me. the battery has lasted...
