4 stars: Yeah! It's perfect to do meditation. I had lot of peacefulness after listening to the classes. I think it's good for busy people to control their stress levels...... .
5 stars: So relaxing ..I love waking up to and going to sleep to this... Though I listen to the music more than the stories etc... Calms me down more.

5 stars: The app does what it meant to do. Guide you in your meditation. I love this because it helped me. Unfortunately I don't have the monetary capability to buy subscription but, I shall repeat the free discovery program. I also like the logo. It looks like a monk who is just about to release 'flatulence'.
