4 stars: I like the fast internet flows in the early time I used u mobile .. but gradually it becomes slower and testing my patients. Yeah but sometimes location is a factor that contributes to slow internet flows.. but still. Hope it doesn't get worst .
3 stars: There should be an option to unsubscribe or stop auto renewal for data packages on the apps. I couldn't find unsubscribe option my my MB data package neither on the manual dial nor apps. It keeps on deducting my credit when I wish to stop use of its data package.

3 stars: I m using from 2015. Before i stay kota damansara. I always face prob. I change sim still network drop that place . Now at Shahalam seksyen 14. Vista Alam n stay at 14th floor. Only 2 bar of network can't get data properly most of the time. Sometime soo bad I need to go out to do my class. Umobilepls take action on this issue.
