3 stars: Its not bad but it definitely need some rethinking. I shouldn't have to put in an exact address to find ANY restaurant at all, sometimes youre out and want to collect in a non local area. Searching for a restaurant in particular could be easier, and as it stabds you have to ad an address and then scroll for days to find the right one. Silly stuff that could be a lot better if thought out properly
5 stars: Super handy and gives detailed review so you know when you will get your food
3 stars: Decent app, generally works fine. There are a couple of improvements that would make it awesome though. 1. It would be nice if there were separated notes sections for the restaurant and delivery driver/rider, and that the delivery notes persisted between orders. 2. The ability to rate or star/favourite a dish (not necessarily publicly) would round out for 5 starts imho
4 stars: I gave 4 stars because they are fairly quick and handy if ur not in the mood of making dinner, or u just want to treat urself. Only advice I'd give is to make sure u leave a message for the delivery person to ring u or ur order could get sent somewhere else, which happened to me once. Any other time they've been on par
