3 stars: Fantastic app but as others have said it is quite cluttered and can be extremely difficult to configure or find the correct settings, and some are not explained very well.
5 stars: Great stats, knowing the lag measures helps with making sure that I am keeping my body in tip top shape and aware of how I can improve on my health. 16.05.21 - stress measures always switch off when there is an update due.
4 stars: Works great so far! Synchronizes with mi scales, but synchronization starts only when viewing weight. When clicking on weight widget manual entry opens, but synchronization does not start

But when you learn all of it (master it) there is no better app for Mi Band.
