4 stars: I like it, my only complaint is that I work overnights and in the morning I can't see my active shift to clock out, because the app is programmed to show you the current day, so I need to go back to the previous day to click on that shift \u0026 clock out.
5 stars: It always take 2 tries to log into the clients profile. It's taking to long. It should be able to log in the 1 st try. Today I couldn't logout. It took me 8 minutes.makes me LATE for my next appointment. I need more info on my clients!!!
3 stars: This app is great and it'll be nice to have the app login display the login click button, once the password is typed in. I noticed that I had to click the 'next' button to hide the keypad before I could see the login button. Also is there to look up the address for the location before it takes over to Google map. I saw once the direction is clicked, it starts the trip direction immediately
3 stars: The APP seems to be working okay when clock in. I like the COV. 19 questionnaire which demonstrate the concerns both employees and the people we do support. The only issues is clock out after the end of the living shift which we have a problem hope it will be fixed.
