5 stars: Great tool that's helped me a lot in the past couple months. It sends you affirmations and you can set reminders and the topic of the messages and even add your own. I've put scripture in as well. It could help anyone else. I've felt a lot less anxious during my days with this app's reminders. When we're bombarded all day, most days, it's nice to choose what I'm intaking consciously with positive thoughts and affirmations.
5 stars: Everyday I wake up and first open this app, and the change I have experienced is my life is astounding. I love this app and would recommend to everyone who suffers from low self-esteem or anxiety or depression. This app has kept me positive every single day and I am grateful I found this app. Keep the good work developers!.
3 stars: I like the affirmations and appreciate them popping up throughout the day, but they keep stopping and I've no idea why, which is frustrating.
