5 stars: After experiencing good grab navigation for my job, I was so ease with its navigation until lately the navigation seem to have problem again. The arrow showing the way hang and not moving at all. I had to use waze for navigation. I hope that the navigation team could look into this matter. Thanks
3 stars: Lately I encountered sudden map swapping from Google map to Waze while I am driving. The swap happens very randomly, and it is very dangerous for those new drivers on road, especially at night. Kindly look into this problem and contact me if you need more info. Thank you.
3 stars: Grab GPS seems to be very lagging. It stops working frequently, can be up to one minute plus. It can be a very bad experience for those not familiar with the route and area.
5 stars: I hope there is a built in ping monitor on the dashboard so that driver can monitor the signal and data transfer strength. Also if there's a way to make funding the grab credit easier like qr code scanner for counties using TouchPay to top up.
5 stars: Always providing wrong driver location and status to passenger resulting in multiple cancellations by passenger. I m using WAZE gps. Other GPS is not friendly and inaccurate.
3 stars: The New features show net price on booking is not good for me, I preferred to see the gross price. You may show the net income in summary.
