4 stars: This App is a gift .. the cars are always clean and I could find it where ever I need. Also the client service is very very helpful and kind. Any time I call them or I right them an email, I have the answer very quickly and very helpfully. The pies could be a little bit cheaper it will than be the most popular app in Germany.

3 stars: Unfortunately because of the lack of competition the prices keep increasing to the point where it's not worth the hassle any more. Cars are often dirty when you rent them. And the app is not always working. E.g. it hangs forever when you want to lock and return the car so you have to call customer service.
4 stars: Great app with good selection of Smart typologies. Good to use especially to go to the city center where with those cars you don't have to pay for parking. However, I found several times pet's fur in the car. That is annoying especially if you are allergic to that. In addition there is no way to highlight...
