5 stars: Makes me calm! The Sleep Stories are great - very calming. There is a wide variety of folks telling the story. Some are very restful and calming and I fall asleep and don't even hear the end of the story. Others are more strident and not my style so not conducive to helping me fall asleep. But the app provides many options of sleep stories, music, meditation - all in all a great calming app!
