5 stars: This app completely changed my wellbeing. I've able to ease into the fasting process and have managed to keep it up for two and a half months. Reminders are timely and help you to keep track of your fasting goals. If you're debating whether or not intermittent fasting is for you, try it and gradually go longer and longer. 5 stars: Although many features are locked for a premium user, basic features are well presented to free user thereby pleasing me a lot. So far I haven't experienced any Ads which is also a plus in my book. The addition of extra science facts presented every now and then is a nice little touch which I am starting to love. Definitely would recommend this for anyone aspiring to start an intermittent fasting.
5 stars: Easy to use and log water intake which helps with the motivation to stick with the fasting goal while increasing water intake. I've been doing it for a week so far and it's easier than I thought. First couple of days, I felt hungry with 3-4 hours left of fasting. I drank 2-3 glasses of water and was able to manage. Each day was easier than the one before.
