5 stars: I'm impressed with how well developed this app is! Congrats to Magnus for being not only a big achiever but also for thinking of monetizing while sharing his knowledge through this great app! I'm having a lot of fun learning and even got myself a chessboard :D No ads, great design and it's fun to read his stories. For anyone in doubt, the paid version is worth it. You can do the 5 day trial and see how you like it.

3 stars: Lessons are great, well made and instructive. The board colors are obnoxious. Annoying neon colors take from the ability to quickly recognize board states during lessons and puzzles. Needs to be a way to change the background and board style, and thus far I have yet to find it.
3 stars: I've always wanted to learn chess and this is a great app to get but the only thing that's frustrating is the VIP lessons. Mostly all of these lessons require being a VIP and you're just stuck there playing the games. I was so disappointed and that's why I have it a 3 star review.
