5 stars: So fast! I love it. I was thinking I would need to wait a day or two to get my questioned answer but only took 15-20 min. And was so thorough! I was able to see their step by step hand written work and it helped me tremendously!.
5 stars: I love how they show me step by step how to solve my Chemistry problems. I just wish their handwriting was written a little bit better for clarity. But overall its good and very helpful for college students!!

3 stars: I scan my question and most of the time it recommends books not solutions. And every time i try to search for a question it doesn't allow me to see the answer(even though i am paying for it) because I have to manage my device even though it is already registered. But besides that it works good.
5 stars: App is simple to use, and being able to pay with Google Pay is a bonus. Thank you Chegg!
4 stars: App is great so far, but the website does have a problem with the device switching and it not remembering the devices you already registered, then it keeps you from accessing certain parts of the site. They really need to fix that, other than that, the help I receive from Chegg is fantastic!
