5 stars: There were issues earlier with payments for withdrawal of earned credits. It was a sore point in otherwise great app so I had reduced app rating to 1 star. But now it seems corrective action has been taken. I initiated a payment today and same is now credited to my bank the same day. So improving app rating back to 5 stars.
3 stars: Earlier once I had recharged for 120 and it is not available for use any more. Never able take a ride. Yesterday again bought credits of 400+ rupees but able accept any rides. Shows insufficient balance. Though there were initial hickups, off late the app is very useful. However, the pass system is not fair. The charges should be as par ride per km and not in a block.

3 stars: I m using sride since many months but now they have hicked the ride charges as well the vouchers too much which is not right. I will not use once my existing voucher finished. Having bad experience due to high charges as an regular n old rider. I will not recommend and moreover few car owner are rude in behavior too
