4 stars: Very satisfied with the options, professionalism of the drivers, ease of use and special offers they provide. This makes those nights when even going to pick up feels impossible so we can still have a nice meal with the family. Only complaint is when a problem arises, the app isn't as user friendly for getting help. Also some drivers do not have their phones available for calls or texts when trying to connect to check on status of order.
3 stars: Ok so. I feel this a mixed bag most of the time. Roughly 30% of the time there is an error with my order, yes I know that isn't uber eats fault and they do do refunds if the item has a price on the app. But if I am missing something from a combo they are like \
3 stars: The promotional offers sometimes just don't work, one was to receive a free item when spending over £15, but on the place order screen my 'free item' was listed with it's full price, I've had issues with offers. Another one was to receive a discount if you invite another person to uber eats. Edit: and as I write this review, one of the items was missing from my order today. I got a refund but I'd rather have my bloody quarter pounder.
