5 stars: What a free adless well constructed app. Tracks progression with accurate suggestions? check. Well detailed explanations for skillsz workouts, and techniques with videos? check. sleek? check. Encourages stretching routines? check. There is a paid section, but it's only a small portion of the overall material AND you need to work your way up to it. By the time I get there, I'll gladly pay.
5 stars: Well-designed, good-looking, helpful and generally amazing app. It really takes unnecessary, as it turns out, mental load off the user. Just thought that it would be even better if there was a possibility to create custom exercises and/or workouts :)
5 stars: This app isn't for the absolute beginner, so steer away if you've not built up your strength a bit. That said, it's very good given its target audience. I like the relative ease that it gives you for workout tracking. Reps, sets, times... It takes all the guesswork out of the equation.
5 stars: It's a workout and a half and doesn't require expensive gym equipment, the images could use a little more detail, and explanation, as far a technique goes.
5 stars: Great app, free version has simple interface, built-in rest and count down timers, also links to instructional videos for movements. Highly recommend.
5 stars: i have been using this for 6 months. Even for the free version, the app is exceptional. no adds, plenty of content. I am going premium just to throw the dev's some cash. I am very impressed...
