3 stars: The app lacks the ability to see battery level of headphones without connecting them and ability to see battery level of not connected earbud, when only one is out of case . It can be just last remembered level, would be better than now anyway. I would also like to be able to choose starting state of earbuds(anc, ambient sound or ambient sound off)
4 stars: Headphone (WH-H910N). Power button needed to be pressed for 7s (first it says power off, but later enters pairing mode) Then app automatically detects and pairs. Works well with phone, but not with my TV- lots of clippings. 360 degree audio was available only with selected apps, that is why this product gets 4stars.
5 stars: Pretty good app overall, I own a WF-1000XM3 and WH-1000XM4 and the features in this app is very useful with the huge amount of options, haven't encountered any problems at all too. The option to back up settings is probably the best part of the app because I have a lot of different settings for my headphones
4 stars: Just got my XM4s, loving them. The amazing integration of the app makes them even better. Everything about this app is great... Except for 1 thing. The battery level displayed on the app remains at 100% all of the time, even after hours of nonstop usage. If this one thing could be fixed, I'd immediately give it 5 stars. Edit: It's been fixed... Perfect
