5 stars: Excellent customer service! I asked a question on the website regarding displaying Keeper over specific Android apps. Within a few hours I received a thorough answer from Pio, who described to me all possible steps in different phone setups. Very impressed with the effort made and happy to be taken care of as a customer.
3 stars: I would give it a five but...I have been using this app for years but since the update it constantly logs me out in the middle of working on something. I prefer the old way, where I didn't have to worry about getting logged off everytime I use the app. It's very frustrating now.
3 stars: When it works, it's great, but functionality is BAD for Chrome mobile. Just nothing. What's the point of a password manager that doesn't work across my devices? Support straight-up suggested I use Firefox instead, which isn't a solution. Fingers crossed it gets fixed in the next update.
3 stars: Have used this for years, but recent update has stopped me from adding new passwords. When I hit the add icon, the app shuts down. Also noticed that the sign on process takes so long now.
5 stars: I love this app. It keeps all my passwords, and websites with their URLs at my finger tips. It's free for the most part but, you can upgrade for a small price and go add free.
5 stars: Great app, I find it very secure. Wish it was a pay once and its your but for the yearly fee its less than 25 cents a day to keep my passwords so that not a bad deal
