4 stars: The workout sessions are hard. I had to stop and change my experience level to less than i thought (lol) but that didn't change the workout or make it easier. I think that is an area for improvement and letting the customer know when to tale a break
5 stars: love the video quality and simplicity, the exercises are challenging but not impossible and I'm looking forward to getting better. lots of videos to choose from and I'm looking forward to seeing what new videos come out as time goes on. I really like that they are around 25 mins each as I have trouble fitting exercise in :D
4 stars: I paid for this while it was on offer and I really enjoy most of the videos, there's been some new ones on there that are harder to follow as a novice , they don't show the example but just go straight in to the next move .. I still enjoy the videos I take part in :)
