3 stars: My channel 2 disappeared off the guide in this app. Works fine on my actual TV, but for 2021 I guess they removed it from the phone app. (Also for New Years Eve, DISH blew out CNN for an hour and 45 minutes. Support tried to sell me a $5 upgrade to Dishscapes, but never helped me at all. No message on screen, nothing, just black until 11pm.) Then today, the phone app breaks.
5 stars: Never have a problem finding what I want to watch. Easy to find if you already know the channel #. I love this because I can watch my show into the night without disturbing the rest of my family that has to get up early the next day to go to work. Plus my husband can watch what he wants on the tv while I am watching my program on the app Dish on-demand. I love this app 🥰🎉🎄
4 stars: So far this has been a good app. I will keep up on the ratings as I explore it further. I watch TV about 2 or 3 times a month, so I'm maybe not the best person to rate. Since I've been pushed into rating it while barely using it, it receives 4 stars.
3 stars: Real problems with DVR content not matching what is on the DVR. Login methods are confusing and often require you to connect via local network. Works well for guide and setting up recordings.
3 stars: slow and long loading time. Seems like it's getting better as time goes by...gave it another star 🌟!! Keep up the good work!
