3 stars: Works ok if you're home (but there you can just watch on TV). Out of your router's area it may refuse to play a recorded show, or it often loses track of the time mark when fast forwarding, or may freeze. Not reliable at all.
4 stars: Overall a good app but def needs some shortcuts for frequently used features/channels. Updated 2021 - still very limited short cut tools, they need to think about this app from a user's POV, not from a view where they want to promote certain programming.
5 stars: Excellent, I first review this app two years ago and I gave it 1 ⭐ that app was out of 1970......what a difference 2 years make. This time I'm giving 5 ⭐. If there only was a version of this app for Roku and Google TV, it would be much better than it already is.
3 stars: Compared to Xfinity's App, it is vastly inferior if used outside the home. It has very limited channels available, including local channels (e.g. say you want to see the local NBC channel ... with Xfinity, that was possible, with FIOS, not!?).
4 stars: Picture is Great quality (4 stars) no five due to the low volume, you need to connect a speaker in order to hear it and it freezes on the screen when your done watching something and you close the video out, ou have to restart the phone... both very annoying problems that need to be adressed. Otherwise i enjoy having the app.
