It is really easy to use and there are various exercise and breathing challenge. They have good customer interaction and understand about their users too. Edit : I won even the fantastic five challenge and i recieved the reward instantly. It was worth the wait.

3 stars: The app is good. There are walking and workout challenges that come often which keeps the app usage interesting. The offers on the app are not that great because you cannot use all the coins to buy products. They are only discounted to like 30 percent. So no point in collecting the coins.
5 stars: Even the late but issues will be resolved from their end perfectly. App increasing their standards day by day and I am expecting more challenging daily/weekly.
