5 stars: Nice UI design UI; it's practical and easy to use. I like how they give choice on what to do if our wanted item is out of stock. The delivery was on time, and the shopper was very polite and friendly. Such a nice alternative for those that don't have time to shop
5 stars: One thing that should be upgraded: please don't make item limits. For example: instant noodle max 5, milk max 12, etc because this complicates us. But overall, I am satisfied with this app. Also, what I love about happyfresh is their customer service is always the best. Customer satisfaction is number 1 for them.
5 stars: First time using the app, its very easy to use. The packaging was good and they deliver it ontime. One input, I hope they can put a comparison price between each supermarket, so its easier for us to choose items based on price. But overall experience was good, and definately will use it again
5 stars: Shopper and Rider very polite, friendly and helpful. Very glad to have your assistance 👍👍👍👍 wishes to have more available delivery slot as always full.... Thus perhaps choosing the delivery slot prior to shopping the product should be priority as no point shopping via ur app if slot not available within the next few days. However Its good that product in cart remain until slot available few days later.
