3 stars: Even with the help of earphones, I can't hear clearly. The maximum volume is sealed. What to do to increase the volume. I don't want to have restricted volume.
3 stars: I don't know why but since 5 to 6 month when I am trying to check my fota update in settings it doesn't show me any updates but when I call on customer care and ask the same question they told me that one update is available on my device.
3 stars: This is was good for 3months but after this my 5z started having issues with sim sometimes its reading sim sometimes even service center has no solution to it Everytime i go there they just open the headset reset it nd give me back but the issue is same
