4 stars: App is a little cumbersome. The illustration where they show you how to find the numbers on your credit card was amazing, for obvious reasons. The doctor was very understanding and appeared to actually be paying attention and asked pertinent questions. She also helped me with an form for blood work. Overall the doctor is a 5 and the app was a 4. I do believe an elderly person would need guidance.
5 stars: Amazing, quick and easy, very painless process on getting my prescriptions refilled. Most helpful service, when a Dr. can't see you for days in my small town. I'm definitely using Maple again for ease and less stress of going to an office, waiting with strangers.
