5 stars: Just love chegg overall! They're so helpful for the most difficult classes where professors have a hard time explaining the topics. Their written lessons can be pricey for students but it worth every penny. I like the fact that the app sends a notification for when your questions have been explained/answered. I appreciate and respect every tutor/professor that they have for doing their best to truly explain the topics and questions.
3 stars: The app is fine, but Chegg's device limiting policy is a pain. I am paying for two accounts because I need to use more than one computer every month. When I was locked out of an account, I called a customer service representative, who seemed to think i was trying to play the system. What a joke.
3 stars: Only thing I have against it is the devices policy I'm trying to use this app but it says I cant swap my devices after I mistakenly logged in on my chrome This is the same device I use though. And when I want to use the chrome to use math solver or study it directs to the app which I cant use because apparently it's not the same device
