3 stars: I'm still getting the hang of it. The only thing is when logging in it takes a minute to Authenticate. But besides that quality is good and easy to get directions to your clients house and see your week of work.
3 stars: System is slow to pick up location. Clock out time should be when we click on clock out. Not after completing milage and comments and confirming. Put clock out at the end. Option for making comments available to other care givers needs to default to yes.
3 stars: I wish It will download on my kindle.. it tell me its not applicable for this device.. Works great on my Android phone. Sometimes I can't log in and out or it takes to long to register what task you did. (Very slow)
3 stars: Fingerprint sign in is cumbersome, whole idea of fingerprint is to save time, I am having to touch password, tell it to samsung auto fill then do fingerprint then hit log in. Previously with other app I just select app and am in.
3 stars: This app is amazing.....when it works completely. I want to mention how much easier my workday goes when this application is properly working. Its currently doing great but last couple weeks I couldn't get clocked in or out. I have much faith that the bug will get fixed soon. Ty
