4 stars: Extremely helpful and efficient. Only feature I would hope to see added at so point would be a radius in miles from a particular location you desire to live in; as apposed to having to enter each town individually to be able to see options in. Adding that feature/option would put this app at a 5 out 5 star rating for me.
