3 stars: Works well most of the time . However when it doesn't work it doesn't work spectacularly. I.e. I tried to order a meal in it said the app was down try again later I went to another app in order to different meal. Then I get a message saying my food is on the way from Chipotle. So now I have 2 meals I paid for when I didn't intend to
4 stars: Works well most of the time. Update:fixed, but was broken for quite a long time. For weeks now the app refuses to work. Will load continuously and never put the order in the bad. The website is just as useless. It double the price of your order. It's ridiculous. I used this app with minimal issues previously, but for the past month or so there have been nothing but issues.
3 stars: The app is very intuitive. You have great option elections for customization. It's great!! Although, You can't usually get in touch with someone at the order location. For some reason the tickets don't print the full order when you have double meat at the location. It only shows the meat option once. Theirs no way to send complaint to them about incorrect orders.

4 stars: The app has been amazing for me. I give 4 stars, because of a personal experience with a long wait at the restaurant due to a big back up. I waited 50 minutes and if the kitchen is running 50 minutes behind, the app shouldn't allow me to choose a time that isn't going to work for the kitchen.
