5 stars: Updating my review from one 🌟. The app is working now with the exception of the time. For some reason it' s not picking up the correct time. I'm in the central time zone and it's using the eastern time zone for my app. In my mind, I can convert the time to the central time zone since I know the minutes, text \u0026 data are correct. I really appreciate how quickly you respond to problems which is another reason for the 5 🌟's.
5 stars: I was scrolling thru to see what others have said about tracfone, I haven't experienced anything like that. I've been with them for 6 months now and I love it. I've had to add on extra minutes for talk, but the live chat walked me thru it easily.
5 stars: I have never had a problem with this application, for me it is the best tracfone application and it complies with everything indicated and I do not understand why there is a negative impact on it, because I did not find any, it is an excellent application and you find everything you need in it. Thanks!!
5 stars: Definitely not a very good mobile app yet. Very difficult to navigate, search, and account information shows up wrong sometimes.
5 stars: A lot of these reviewers are nuts. I have never had an issue with TracFone... And I've been using them for well over a decade, the app has never been trouble either. EDIT: Thanks for the reply!
