5 stars: I've tried this app before and am coming back to it! If you really stick to what it tells you to do it shows amazing results fast! I love how simple and easy it is to get to what you need to on the app. Very straight to the point. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is willing to try and get abs! Determination is key!

5 stars: It's super awesome, at first I wasn't sure that some simple exercises can make any difference , but now after 23 days I'm almost shocked! the difference is completely visible on my belly, I wonder what will happen after I finish the advance programme,it's totally recommended 😍😍
4 stars: Great app. Could you please make the bottom part of the rest screen bigger. The next exercise animation is too small to make out the proper form.
