5 stars: So helpful, a guide to how my CPAP works for me and interesting. Before I didn't know if the mask fitted, if I honestly needed the machine and how long I used it for. Now I can tell these things every day and compare the nights from worse to best. Very pleased and grateful.
3 stars: For some reason it displays weeks as 6 days, which is odd. Also doesn't update data, apart from the daily data, whi h is disappointing. So it's kind of handy, but missung an opportunity.
5 stars: I cross reference with a fitness watch for heart rate and deep no movement sleep for added information. This is a must for any bodybuilder, not just for optimum recovery but for life extension and general wellbeing..
4 stars: If not for this app I might not have continued with my CPAP. I started at the end of July 2020, and my numbers were good from the second night. I still haven't noticed any positive physical changes so seeing the positive numbers on the app is what has kept me invested. Otherwise I probably would have stopped by now. I would have given it five stars, but it is a little glitchy every now and then.
5 stars: Great App, easy to use. Only pain is that every once in a while it logs out.
