3 stars: I keep trying to cancel my trip, and the app always prompt a message saying something went wrong. I tried to use the help included in tte app, and it didn't work also.
4 stars: Yet some improvement necessary it is an excellent service for daily commuters

5 stars: Very great service but i have to ask something which is that after march service is off in isb due to covid 19 but now everything is open but swvl service is still off. So tell how much time u take more to re continue thw service??

3 stars: I had an issue with my payment and the tech support suggested I clear the cache, reinstall the app etc. After I did all the steps to fix this issue, now whenever I search for a trip, it give me no available trips, even though they appeared before, I reinstalled the app, cleared all data, and still the same issue
4 stars: Excellent service But please add earlier trips from Alexandria to borg el arab starting from 6:30 am and more trips from borg el arab to Alexandria starting from 7:00 pm
