3 stars: I can tolerate the ads, its a free app. And for something I'd didn't pay for, it works decently. There could be issues with my galaxy a10 phone that may be complicating things so I really don't want to say too much. Must use 5g for downloading. Control for playback speed is slightly cumbersome.
4 stars: I have used this app for some time now and have found all the podcasts I've looked for so far. The only issue I have is, for some reason, anywhere between 30-45 minutes into any podcast I'm listening to, it will freeze. I have to force stop the app and open it back up again for it to pick up where I left off. Other than that, great app.
3 stars: So...the app is functional and offers a decent search function. But...it has a truly infuriating habit of not loading a podcast seemingly randomly. It doesn't matter if I'm on 4g, 5g or a 200mb WiFi connection. Sometimes its faster to go to the source e.g. bbc to listen directly than use the app. Not always...but enough to make it the focus of my review.
4 stars: Great app, I use it everyday, its free, there are ads. Can get just about every podcast I've looked for, only complaints are the updating of cast is sometimes delayed to when they are released and with certain casts it takes a few minutes for it to load to stat playing but others start right away, not sure if this is an app problem or possibly the specific cat its self. All and all a great app.
