4 stars: Good app but the filing system is a bit off. Should reconsider search menus and make it easier to find restaurants and is there a library for that? If there is... I can't find it or know how to access it. There's probably 1000s of restaurants there but it just shows up so little so it seems like the choice is little too.
4 stars: Pretty UI. Good delivery. But UI has some functional problems. ex/ Have to search for specific restaurant again if you want to reorder different items, unable to enter live chat without encountering specific problems, address selection is inaccurate, gps display could be improved, etc. otherwise, very reliable service.
4 stars: I haven't been able to place any order since last month. I have tried multiple times. It says: unknown error appeared. Try again later. Please fix this issue. I have a referral code that is expiring soon. Also, you haven't provided any email or helpline contact number.
4 stars: Almost perfect. The main issue I have is that the saved bank card details fail and I have to enter them every single time. Quite a nuisance to be honest. I think this happens because some banks require re entering of the pin code? Not sure. But this should be fixed.
