3 stars: For basic speed tracking and mileage it's fine. I didn't realize that there was a GPS issue between my phone (S8) and the app, so the advanced features from the subscription are useless. And overall the training suggestions, articles, and programs are all for runners. Why would I need running programs if I'm cycling? I feel duped that I paid for this. The only reason I still use this is that it syncs with MyFitnessPal.
5 stars: Awesome tool for riding. I connect my bluetooth headphones and can listen to music and get real time updates each mile of how my ride is going letting me focus on just enjoying the ride. I haven't figured out how to navigate my trails with this app yet but I think there is a way to do so. I've been using map my ride for over 2 months now.
4 stars: I would give it a 5 if I could figure out how/if it syncs with my Fitbit. I guess it's not available on my free download. I do like the graphic that shows my actual route around my neighborhood. This is after 3 rides, so don't know if I have same issues long time users of the app have posted.
4 stars: No app is absolutely perfect, but I've never had many problems with map may ride. It tracks and logs my workouts reliably and gives me real-time tracking that correlates within 2 seconds of my bike computer, so it's butter and gravy on a biscuit! I use it as my Go-To riding app without a doubt.
