4 stars: Maybe it's the virus, but I find it difficult to find good coverage of economic sectors I'm interested in. Also, I think their introductory offer defaulting to £50+ per month, rather than offering the £3.50 per week -and not making clear what you lose between versions- is poor. It seems clearsighted commentary is harder to come by than it used to be?
5 stars: Bored long term Guardian reader, tried The Telegraph, The Times and finally the FT. The news articles are balanced, very well investigated and a lot of thought seems to go into what they do. I initially thought the subscription fee far too high but it actually seems like a bargain as I've filled my evening reading it to the point where I could probably cancel Netflix, Amazon etc! Excellent.
5 stars: Works great on Samsung S8 plus and S10 plus. Two things it took me a while to discover though! 1. You can access sections of the newspaper using the hamburger menu at the top left. 2. You can swipe left or right on an article to move to the next section.
4 stars: 4 starts for small bug. If you highlight a word on Android so that the copy/paste etc. options come up, you cannot unhighlight it, so that toolbar is going to stick on your screen as your scroll around. Otherwise all great.
