5 stars: I was having a few issues with bugs and contacted the Aaptiv team about them. They were extremely responsive and personable. I was very impressed. As for the app itself, I love it. I only use it for outdoor running so I can't speak for the rest of the app, but I can say it is an incredible motivator for me to exercise. I love that the instructors help you focus on your running form.
