3 stars: Works well, but needs a major upgrade when it comes to payments. Cannot use gift card at all if balance is lower than total, meaning can't cover the remainder with another payment method like a credit card. Cannot load or use multiple gift cards. So, the experience seem so outdated. Other than that, great food, great employees, and the app gets the job done.
3 stars: Great Idea, sourced through doordash, but the app has issues 50% of the time. Says 'something is wrong\
4 stars: Had to downgrade the amount of stars because the app won't let me apply the remaining balance of my gift card before paying the rest. Great to see all the workers were wearing mask. It was nice to be able to order exactly what I wanted through the app. Being able to separate out meals by putting a name with each one was great too. Great tasting fresh guacamole. Thanks!
5 stars: As a Chipotle junkie, the app is my BFF. It's simple, it doesn't complicate things, and it does it's job well. Especially right now with the concerns about COVID-19. Mobile orders are amazing. The one downside is you can't add sides of salsa to your order (to eat with chips or whatever) if you also have that salsa on your meal. Sadly.
3 stars: Selecting the items was easy and the app looks great. However, there doesn't seem to be a way to ask for something on the side, like sour cream or xtra salsa and it gave me a error message several times when creating the account and whole adding the bowl to my cart...
