5 stars: The customized workouts are difficult, but not too difficult to where they're impossible.
5 stars: First of all it is everything you could ask for from a work out app, and is very similar to my college football workouts. Only complaint is that some of the warmups and finishers like static stretching I can't get to work. I click it and only recieve white screen. Anyone help or other way to access these? Also great price I think.
5 stars: I've been using this about 6 weeks in our home gym for strength goals. It is easy to find a replacement exercise for one you may not have the right equipment for. It gives me lots of different strength moves to do to get me out of the same basic ones I tend to use. Great video clip exercise demos and descriptions. This is a very nice little app and I'm loving it!
4 stars: This is a pretty solid app that supposedly improves as you use it. The UI is great and the app has a lot of exercise variation. In an upcoming version i would like to see more routines with barbells that cater to crossfitters, the ability to adjust exercise length and more warmup/cool down variations.
4 stars: Great app, helps you get stronger while staying away from injuries. My only complaints is that the timer is quiet, so you always need to be checking your phone for the next set, and it is more expensive than other workout apps.
