5 stars: Great , they've really helped me in so many ways , and one thing I'd say is that the 20 private requests per subscription seems small but it's actually worth it because most of the questions you'd want answered have already been answered, and also everything you post adds up to those already answered questions you see so the next person wouldn't have to use a private requests; over time the app will just get better
3 stars: It's all about the app not working properly for me. Often it says a question has been answered and it has but it wont show the answer in the app. I have to go into my email and click on the link which takes me to the page. The app is faulty
5 stars: Excellent in every way, If I could suggest anything, some tutors answers are much more helpful than others, if we could follow particular tutors answers, so when we are looking for a particular method, so their answer comes first, it would save searching through all tutors responses
4 stars: Pretty good site however if you use it on two devices they ban your account for 48 hours. This is very upsetting because you haven't done anything wrong. Happened to me a. Lot in start.
3 stars: Sometimes it is fast in response, sometimes very slow, and they take more than 4 hours to answer When I want to use the phone and the computer together, this is annoying because i have to reset my password every time.
