5 stars: Please, create some kind of mutual shortcuts with XPrivacyLua, so it could be easier and faster to control apps. Longtap maybe? So if you longtap an app in NetGuard, XPrivacyLua opens. And the same in XPrivacyLua of course.

4 stars: my only problem with this app is that maybe every other day if not every day, it will disable itself and I will have to go and manually enable it. this is a recent problem, maybe in the last month or so edit the dev suggestion didn't fix it :(
5 stars: This app is absolutely excellent at doing exactly what it says it will do. If you want to stop random apps from going out and sending/grabbing whatever they're sending/grabbing without your knowledge or approval, BUY this, and turn it on! BUT...if you're NOT concerned with your privacy, well 1st off you're a fool, but if you are, get this app installed and use it... AND people, you don't need a VPN on your phone, use this instead!
