4 stars: app was good. only problem i had is first connect got me to activate knox and then when i asked for remote control it failed. disconnected and reconnected and all ok. suggest as it installs to get knox to be updated at that point. also some sort of prompt on client that is performing a remote control when a banking app is loaded as screen goes blank
5 stars: Controlling a samsung device works fine. They r both on android 9. The Xiaomi can only be viewed without controlling. The Xiaomi is on android 10. So I don't know is it because of the OS version or the device type. Hope you fix it soon. Thank you.
5 stars: Great app! Told my 75 year old grandmother to install this on her smart phone so that whenever she has an issue or something that she cant figure out I can do it for her remotely. Works great and is super simple to use.
