3 stars: Selecting the items was easy and the app looks great. However, there doesn't seem to be a way to ask for something on the side, like sour cream or xtra salsa and it gave me a error message several times when creating the account and whole adding the bowl to my cart. I didn't have to start over, but it was still a bit frustrating.
3 stars: I've one complaint about the app. It doesn't have an option to specify comments when placing an online order. I like the cheese that I order with my bowls to be on the side and not on top. But the app doesn't have an option to specify that the cheese be added as a side, neither does it have a comment form for the order where I can make that request. Can chipotle please fix this limitation in the app?
5 stars: As a Chipotle junkie, the app is my BFF. It's simple, it doesn't complicate things, and it does it's job well. Especially right now with the concerns about COVID-19. Mobile orders are amazing. The one downside is you can't add sides of salsa to your order (to eat with chips or whatever) if you also have that salsa on your meal. Sadly.
3 stars: The app is super easy to use and navigate through which is great the downfall comes whenits time for payment and it will not allow you to use 2 different forms of payment like a giftcard and a credit/debit card because they give card is less than total when thats not the case when in store.
