4 stars: There is an issue with all the updates. When a visitor enters our website, we do not get a notification and we lose customers. Only when the app is open in the background is when a notification enters. If it's not in the background or has not been opened, we don't get a new visitor notification or a new chat notification...apart from this, it is an overall great app. Please fix this.
5 stars: the new update works well now. The only issue now is if the app is not opened we don't receive chat notification from customers. I was able to fix this by going to tawkto notification settings and click on visitors chat then enabled overide \
4 stars: Thanks for this wonderful app, it works perfectly and can be use to track both missed and closed chats, however, I would suggest you add the RETRACT or EDIT button when the live chat is going on. Thank you
4 stars: Push notifications don't work for a strange reason.... And we loose many customer chats as a result. Please do something about it 🙏. It's a free service though and I really appreciate your work
5 stars: Thanks for providing great Service fee of cost. But there are bug in app. Before few month everything was fine, but after update no chat or new visitor alert notifications receiving, only got the new visitor or chat alert when app is open. Please fix it.
