4 stars: I Love it ! It's such a good way of buying and selling and reducing fast fashion. However, I wish you could send pictures directly in your private messages. Also sometimes it can be a bit annoying when I upload photos and they zoom in all the time. It would be good if there was more payment options rather than just paypal, maybe revolut ? It is still a very good app though overall.
3 stars: It's a cool app but needs better protection policies and problem resolutions. when you have problems with a seller there arent any options that really help to solve the issue. Ex: I had an issue where I purchased an item and I never recieved it and was refused a refund by the seller. Depop didnt have any resolutions for that and I was just SOL.

4 stars: The app is great but I find it odd how there are options on the desktop version that you don't have on the app (ie. Reorganizing your listings). Also it sucks how the desktop version doesn't have Canadian filters for searching. Only select countries. Otherwise, I really like it. I've found some great items on here!
