3 stars: I did not able to change the pick up time and date in outstation booking.. Ride is not showing in past booking.. Terms and condition is not properly updated in outstation booking... Chauffeur did not have any app in Outstation not able start and end trip by app No chat option with your cc team..

3 stars: I am happy with your service, but unhappy with your app, please improve your app. It doesn't show past rides, past payments done. If this is the case, journey may end with fights. Past payments done history, mailing the receipt are must.
5 stars: Awesome experience..excellent app..had a hassle free experience .I was a regular ola and kuber commuter but got pissed off by their surge fares.meru is far far better..clean cars, good drivers, punctual and simple easy to use app.Has a nice interface as well.Keep up the good work and hopefully you guys will maintain your standards
