4 stars: Wonderful! So easy to use and very reliable. I even had a small issue locking the car once and customer service came to my rescue right away! They were so nice and helpful.
4 stars: I really like the convenience of being able to pick a car through the aap rent it basically at anytime of the day or night. And the ability to extend the rental if needed.
4 stars: The GPS in-app needs more precision as the car was parked on a side street vs where indicated in-app. I dig this Getaround service

Comparing this to layout of turo app there's no comparison. BUT Turo customer service SUCKS! so far getaround beats them!
