3 stars: Overall, I'm very happy. I'm a 21 year old male, who didn't take good care of his body when injured. This app, in just a few days, eliminated most of my back and knee pain. My only complain; I don't see any modified poses for beginners like myself. If you guys can make that happen, five stars.
5 stars: I'm definitely a beginner at yoga and this app is perfect for me. It helps me learn new poses and stretches. There is a wide variety of classes to choose from and an extensive index with every pose.
5 stars: I have never done yoga. Can't do physio due to Covid restrictions. Need something to help with tightness and alignment. So far VERY helpful. I will continue this and recommend it.
5 stars: I really like this app. The background music is soothing. There are a bunch of different yoga sequences to choose from. I'm definitely going to continue doing yoga and using track yoga.
